Building upon the success of the application-level dashboards originally released in 2015, we sought to develop configurable account-specific dashboards that would enable service managers to optimize efficiency and account managers to increase sales.

 

This was achieved through an expansion of our application-level dashboards to create a flexible, customizable account management experience.
